Residents of Parkland can enjoy access to Fish Creek Provincial Park that few other communities can match. No home in this neighbourhood is more than a few minutes away from this pristine green space that active Calgarians have loved for decades. Branching off of Fish Creek Park is the Bow River and it’s extensive pathway system making Parkland a great choice for any cycling enthusiasts.

Shopping needs are provided by the commercial stretch lining the length of Macleod Trail and by Southcentre Mall. Parkland also enjoys relatively easy access to major stores in Deerfoot Meadows, including Costco and Ikea.
